ERGSS watch services: Watch Desk (weekdays 7 a.m.–7 p.m. ET, on-call after hours) $3,000/month on Silver or Gold · high-risk travel to Level 3–4 countries $150 per traveler per day · incident and crisis response $250/hour (4-hour minimum) · evacuation and assistance coordination billed at actual cost.
ERGSS-monitored trips on request (Platform customers): per traveler, $199 up to 7 days, $299 up to 14 days, $449 up to 30 days; +50% for State Department Level 3–4 destinations.
ERGSS monitoring and watch services do not include rescue. Evacuation, medical transport, security escorts and other emergency response are arranged when needed and billed separately based on actual needs and provider costs.
Setup: $5,000 standard · $15,000 enterprise · Starter $1,500. Billed annually; monthly billing is 10% more.
Founding customers: 10% off the subscription for the first 12 months, paid annually, on an agreement signed by June 30, 2027. Setup is at the standard price.
